Every Thursday we'll update our beer list with the amount of beer that we've got in stock and what's coming down the pipeline. Check back every week, and, if you're in the Long Beach area, let us know if there are any beers that you'd like to try!
Beers in Bottles:
Dry Hopped Cascade Pale Ale:
This beauty is still aging in bottles and should be ready by May 15th.
We took our normal Cascade Pale Ale and cranked up the
bittering a little bit and smacked it with a round of
dry hops to get that characteristic Cascade nose.

Rainy Day India Pale Ale
Lots of hops, lots of malt. This IPA is less your "dry and clear"
IPA and more a "malty goodness" IPA
Bombers remaining: 17
Bottles remaining: 4
A very simple pale ale with a more British finish to it, thanks to the Fuggles aroma hops. Very smooth drinking beer, this goes well with just about anything and
doesn't burn out your taste buds.

Cascade Pale Ale
A hoppier American-style Pale Ale, finished with Cascade hops for a bright, citrusy flavor.

Dead Red Ale
Utilizing specialty roasted malts, this ale relies more on its malt bill for the flavor rather than the hops.
Gone! Ready for a rebrew!
Strong Arm Ale

Springtime Honey Ale
Our first attempt at using both honey as a fermentable and using orange zest for that extra punch. More of a grapefruit kick than real citrus flavor.

Beers abrewing:
Secondary Fermenter: Spherical Butte Porter (Black Butte Clone)
First taste of this beer as we transfered to the secondary showed a nice
union between the roasted barley and the two chocolate malts
that we use for this beer. We'll see if the heat wave this
week introduced any fruits esters into this beer.
Estimated release date: May 28
